The Old Master

The Old Master was one of the Four Great Sorcerers. He concentrated all his efforts in studying and learning about magic that could give him power over People and Spirits. Working for The One, he learnt how to prolong his own life with by stealing the life of others.

The Master had a great empire in the Old World, where he ruled tyranically over his subjects. He built his power and expanded his domains with the help of The One. When The Seven destroyed the power of The One, they also felled the Master from his throne and his empire disintegrated. After this, the Master hid himself and bid his time studying and developing his evil magic.

Some time of The Gods had created the New World, The One helped him move from the Old World where he conquered the kingdom at the edge of the frozen north of the New World. There he ruled the great armies and the masterful artisans until both the Spirits and the People living in the north fleed to the south. Now he broods in his fortress, ruling a dead kingdom.

Noone knows what he is planning or if he will ever leave his fortress to once again conquer and rule over People and Spirits.
